On the other thread they were talking about what's going on over at C-Span with Berry chairing the committee. They actually referred to Peter as "that member of the audience". The gall. I've tuned in and out on C-Span and Berry just asked for a vote and no one knew what they were being asked to vote on. Pathetic doesn't begin to describe it.

Another little gem - they are going to review how their recommendations have been reviewed by federal agencies. I can save them a lot of time and money. WAAAY over the top and impossible to implement. Have to turn it off - can't take any more. Would need combat pay to keep it on. Have to do a quick cruise around FR and then get off (darn).
