Police have charged the 22-year-old with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor, causing death, a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison; carrying a concealed weapon; and fleeing and eluding police.I thought no one was killed, except a couple of tissue masses.

Is a stolen car so important that the police have to go on a high-speed chase, thus causing the car to slam into another car?
This is a tragedy!
Advice to the young woman: sue! sue! and then sue again!!!

I predict that some organization like Planned Parenthood will lobby against charging the 22 year-old with two counts of vehicular homicide only because of its implications concerning abortion. Specifically, the charges might imply that the unborn twins were (gasp!) HUMAN!

"...It was not known whether the family members were wearing seat belts...." =======================================================
If there was no mention of seat belts....it is safe to assume that the passengers were 'buckled in'. Had they not been....that would've been the first line of the story's second paragraph.
So sad to lose these young lives.....when they were so close to meeting their Mother, for the first time.
Maybe, sadly, with all things being considered......they're in a much better place.
No Drunk Drivers can touch them....now.....
My heart aches for this family's loss..

... operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor, causing death, a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. Causing death of what? I get so sick of the liberal puke bias creating nonsensical phrasology like that, I could spit! This bastard caused the death of TWO INDIVIDUAL HUMAN BEINGS, beings able to learn, dream, and sense their world while sequestered in the womb of their mother! It's double neglegent homicide at the very least. I know what I would want for justice if this demon killed my twin children ... consult rule 308!

Thanks, I knew you would know.
It seems it is alright to kill babies on purpose. But it is not alright if you commit another crime, and kill the baby by accident.

I believe you can find more than one on the bump list.... BTW, that #6 has me baffled, as I do not think I replied on this thread at all. I read it, and couldn't think of a thing to add.
If you recall even the gist of what was attributed to me, I'd really appreciate an email.
