All equity trading whether NYSE or NASD is SEC monitored. The COMEX trades no equities and there is no "futures" trading in equities.

I noticed that Orlin Grabbe had this report linked on his site when it came out, then took it off shortly thereafter. Don't know why that would be.

Hi Jed! Re; Orlin's site, just did a search on it and don't find it either. I'm not sure where I saw it first, but it Would be strange for him to pull it. Hit a bad Nerve, seems like.
