Wrong the USA will not be in charge! There will be no vote by you that matters! Foriegn control International bodies like the United Nations, the WTO, NAFTA, World Court etc will make the rules and rule over you. You will just have to compete with the lowest paid workers in the world and share your wealth with them through taxes, etc.

You need to read the United Nation's, the CFR own literature and see who will rule you.

Esperanto is a language supposedly constructed so as to be easily learned by all the world's people. It was a favorite fad in progressive circles for some time, and there are still plenty of socialists who advocate it.
