I find it amazing that I am still getting positive Freep Mails about my 5000 Freepers who care thread. Here is the latest one, and I hope I don't embarrass this great member. I think that this Freep Mail tells us a lot about our brothers and sisters on the Free Republic Life Form!

Bless you Joe, for all of your great work and analysis of what was happening! This combined with your great team members and John Rob's meter at the top of Free Republic is a prime example of what you labeled ingenuity!

When good Americans work together on a team with a valid team goal great things happen. Then, when those Americans are allowed to use their "ingenuity" within the team like with this Freepathon, incredible things happen!

I believe that in the past few days we saw these incredible things happening due to individuals working in with their own style of "ingenuity" while still working with the team. A true synergy was occuring. Then, more people got involved and the synergistic results increased! It was like a positive infection getting hold of people to get them involved!

What we saw here is what happens when Americans are allowed to do their individual best working as team members for the common good!

We had a great group of individuals working as a team towards a goal they believed in! The results speak louder than my words! 102% over goal at 9:45 pm, Wednesday, 5 December, 2001!

I personally think that Jim's thread where he faced the anti-freepers was a big reason for this. I think many people were educated as to the actual costs to run this large of a site.

You're absolutely right! When I read Jim's post, I felt like a jerk for not donating and FReepLoading for so long. I threw in $75 last night, and signed up for $10 a month tonight.
