In order for me to sell my BOOKS at a gun show I'll have to pre-register and prove who I am, or face arrest; a private individual looking to sell a single gun would be treated as a vendor under this law and must be registered even if the gun isn't sold;

If you actually read this bill, unless you are selling a firearm, there is no requirement for the "SPECIAL FIREARMS EVENT LICENSEE" to register anyone not selling a firearm.

4. Centralized federal registration of EVERY PERSON who attends a gun show in America, whether or not they make purchases of anything at all -- you won't be allowed in without registering;

Also incorrect, there is no provision in this bill that requires centralized federal registration of persons who are not buying firearms.

I was skeptical, so I went and read the bill. Did you read the bill before posting the article?

Unfortunately the Pro-Gun people are using the same misinformation tactics the Anti-gun people use, this is the main reason I did not renew my NRA membership.

I would prefer that people just post the facts and let us decide for ourselves, what's good or bad.
