Oh , and just WHY is it that you don't think that this creepy kid is guilty of doing anything wrong ? Because you don't REALLY know what is in the CONSTITUTION, nor what thelaws of the land are ? Could that be it ? Oh, and BTW, an American citizen, who goes to another country, and fights in a civil war there ( even if it is NOT against the USA ! ) is breaking the law of this nation. I did. "Sedition" occurs exactly zero times in the text of the Constitution.
