Europeans... so "enlightened."

No death penalty, and child molesters go free.

Just a reminder, after January, all bribes to judges in the 11 EU countries MUST be in Euros. In the UK, bribes to judges may still be paid in Sterling. Check with your barrister for the current bribe schedule. The capitalist judges (if you can find one) will charge whatever the market will bear; the socialist judges (almost all of them) will charge according to the fee schedule.

decapitation(sp?) is the perfect solution for child molesters.

I would kill a child molester without a second thought.

A buddy of mine is on one of the SD's out here in Colorado. He told me about an incident a few years ago in which a fellow molested a young girl (about 12 or so), then ran for the woods. He turned himself in a couple of days later because he was more afraid of what would happen to him if the local populace got to him (and they were out looking) before the police or sheriff's deputies. That's my idea of "justice" for these types of animals.

I've often wondered what I'd do if someone did that to any of my four children, and I can say without hesitation that the offender would be better off behind bars until either he is dead or I am.

Not sure which bothers me more about this: the fact that the reprobate only served four months, that the sentence was only three years to begin with, or that the judge suspended two and a half years of that already too lenient sentence. "Pathetic" doesn't do justice to any of this incident (and neither did the judge).
