In Nevada it's"Earth First - we'll mine the other planets later.
On the serious side doesn't this make them terrorists?

"Earth First! says they will OVERTHROW the U.S.!" "I think they already have, we just don't recognize it yet."

You really need to practice aiming at a kill zone.

We really need to reform these "nonprofits". There are over 700,000+ of them sucking on the taxpayers tit and many of them are in business to push their own little political agendas or to enrich their handlers.

Very important catch, Gemflint. While it's true some of the eco-nuts have resorted to terrorism, it was not many. This statement appearing where it does, portends an attempt to take large numbers in the direction of violence against American society. Is this a terrorist organization of global reach? Probably.

Interesting that they talk about anarchy, since these people really want total government control of
everything. If we had true anarchy there would be, well, anarchy rather than nature. If you were well enough armed, you could poison any river you wanted. To get their dream of a "green world", they need a great big government to enfoce it.
This is much like the promises the Soviets made when taking over other nations. Rush is right, the "environmental" movement is the new home of the "communists"; although I dispute that term - even communists know communism won't work with anything smarter than ants. A "communist" is really a socialist.

It sound like they want an anarcho-marxist planet.

I just got done reading 'Rainbow Six'..by Clancy...It was about the scariest book I've ever read.
To: caddie
They are chicken-chokers who wouldn't have the wherewithal to execute any decent terrorist acts.
I agree most of the time their firebombs don't go off.
To: Gemflint
Like Ma-Ha says: They get wackier and wackier as they lose power and attention.

>These are the end times of mass movement protests and even riots may no longer be effective.Hmmm. Perhaps Ira Einhorn wasn't "caught and extradited" to the US. Perhaps he has simply RETURNED to lead this revolution...

"The very poorly written fantasies of a teenager, nothing more." If you believe that, you are very naive.
Then again, I suppose there were lots of folks in Germany in the '30s who said similar stuff about the silly man with the small group of nutty followers.
Frankly, though, I find it strains credulity to believe that anyone is not aware of the real crimes, that have taken real lives, and cost millions of real dollars worth of damage, that have been committed by the radical "environmentalist" terrorists in this country.
