Something else that bothers me is that their nice, neat version of the world doesn't address what will happen to all the medicine or food that is grown because of technology! Are they willing to see most of the entire 3rd world die of starvation and disease because there's no longer any technology?!

Actually, these people are not in the foxhole with us, because they are cowards - each and every one of them. Just like Osama Bin Laden and others of his ilk, they target not those who can fight back, but innocents. Arson, destruction of property, and spiking trees are some of the weapons they use, but never once do they ever do anything to anyone who is armed,ready, and willing to fight back.
