I called in on the Judicial Watch Radio program this morning and Larry Klayman stated that Terry McAuliffe is not named as a defendent.
Of course, McAuliffe might be deposed in this case.

Seems that McAuliffe SHOULD be named in the suit, but then, he really wasn't in the spotlight during that Loral fiasco. I hope this lawsuit starts getting the attention of the mainstream media (I know, fat chance.) I get furious everytime I think about it and I want to SLAP ol Bernie and see hitlery and her bumbling stooge behind bars.
