We need the stewardship of 5,000 Free Republic members to insure the continuation of the Free Republic Life Form!

Jim Robinson said in yesterday's post: "My projections are that our regular monthly expenses for next year will be running in the neighborhood of $22,000 per month, or approximately $264,000 total for the year. This means we will need to raise approximately $66,000 per quarter."

If 5,000 Free Republic members who believe in paying their own way and that no free lunch ever exists, pledge $5/month. Jim's goals and needs will be quickly surpassed!

5,000 good stewards of Free Republic pledging $5/month will total $75,000 per quarter. That would allow Jim/John a little breathing room!

Many of us donate more per month than that. So please don't reduce your donation. We just need 5,000 regular pledgers to make things easier for Jim.

Are there 5,000 good Stewards out there who can afford $5/month to keep alive the Free Republic Life Form?

One way to afford this is to cancel your subscription to your left wing fish wrap or bird cage liner. Donate half of that monthly cost to your favorite charity and the rest to Free Republic. If you do this, you remove your money from the enemies of America and invest it with the friends of America, Free Republic! That would be a double winner for America!

How would You Feel without FR??? Suppose one day you tried to log on and Free Republic wasn’t there?
Where would you get your up to the minute news? How about the live threads as things are happening?
How would you know about the latest Demorat scams, anti-second amendment schemes and all the other liberal, anti-American ploys that are tried every single day?
Insight into world affairs, brilliant wit, sharp retorts, instant information gratification are a few of the things that make FR so vital.

How would you keep on top of things without FR?
How would you know who to contact to complain about the lying politicians, Media Bias, Hollyweirds latest mouth off, sponsors of these idiots, company policies that are unfair and all the other things we need to know to counteract the liberal mindset and the evil plans of liberals?
How would you be part of a Freep?

As conservatives, we of all people know that there is no free lunch.

Free Republic receives no grants or tax $'s. Free Republic stays up to do its great job, thanks to the donors!

If a person uses Free Republic and isn't donating, then they have a Free Republic Lunch everytime they log on. That sounds like something that liberals would do instead of conservatives. That makes them a Freep Loader instead of a conservative.

I'm right there with you going from a lurking freeploader to $5/month as my beginning pledge.

Now, like you I am now a $/dayer. I get 99% of my news right here. 50% of my jokes and much more.

I have seen bill boards put up to blast the enviral whackos due to Freepers. I have seen a cop killer brought to justice due to one Freeper. I have seen an al Fuqra compound down by Fresno closed do to a whole bunch of us.

Good stuff happens around this nation each day thanks to Free Republic being here!

It is not genius, just the reality of being in charge of stewardship drives at our church. When you have a good number of pledgers who give each month, it makes it easier on everyone. Also, when people donate their time, talent and treasure to an organization, they become a real part of that organization.
