I disagree. There are ways to make advertising unobtrusive, and it is never necessary to kow-tow to advertisers.

There is something basically immoral about the expression, "non-profit." If FR has a value, which I believe it does, there will be no problem making it a "for profit" operation. That is the essence of free enterprise, which is the heart of a free repbulic.
