Gosh, this is the first place on the internet that was a voice for conservative minded people. It's a family affair here!! So many of our family reads this site daily!!

There really is no other place that has the kind of "news" that this site has, and always has had!!

I have said before, we do get strange people here at times. But generally they come and go away when they are hit with logical debate.

I urge you to have a banner where you have a link to donate. A permanent banner at the top of all forum topics. There has to be a way to do this, but allow you Jim to keep your dignity. I really hate that you must "by neccessity" come here and post WHY you need the money. We are all so lucky to have this site to visit.

Anyone with any common sense, knows this website cost money to run. But before you,.. before FOX news, this Nation was being brainwashed. Those who were concerned "were and are" grateful that Jim Robinson started FreeRepublic.

PLEASE PUT A BANNER AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE WITH AN EASY LINK FOR DONATING TO KEEP YOU RUNNING. IT COULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE "IF YOU LOVE FREEREPUBLIC, PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE BY DONATING GENEROUSLY".

I say continue with donations, until they aren't enough, then you will have to charge a monthly fee. We are all behind you Jim in whatever you have to do. This should be FUN,.. and not so stressful. You deserve better than that.

I know one thing though, it would be incredibly tough for JimRob and the moderators to please everyone all of the time. If something gets pulled, I usually chalk it up to one or two people ruining the good things at the expense of others.

Dear Mr. Robinson, You are a true patriot in every sense of the menaing of the word. I admire what you have done to keep those of us likeminded folks togther in our purpose of having access to news reports from all over the world and a forum to discuss them in. I have lived most of my life in Arkansas, up until recently one of the most corrupt states in the US. We had to deal with Bill Klinton for the longest period of time/.... I have made wonderful friends here at FR. Can't imagine what my life would be like with out them now. I realize I haven't done as much as I should to keep the bills paid, but I am a warrior out in the field of conservative issues and it costs money to be in the game and be effective!I wish I would win Powerball or the lottery and then could fund my activities and FR as much as I would like to. Maybe it is time to charge an annual membership fee same as Rush has, FR would be more appreciated and the disruptors would be less likely to get in and used up expensive bandwidth!
