Let's say that my conversation was taped or intercepted by the FBI during a wiretap of lines that ran to and from a terrorist's apartment complex...how could that be used against me in the court of law?

It doesn't matter. That there are feds listening in on a private coversation is already an abuse in and of itself, regardless of what happens later.

sitting on the front seat of your car
during a traffic checkpoint would be used.
