Let's say that my conversation was taped or intercepted by the FBI during a wiretap of lines that ran to and from a terrorist's apartment complex...how could that be used against me in the court of law?

It doesn't matter. That there are feds listening in on a private coversation is already an abuse in and of itself, regardless of what happens later.

Um, that really didn't make much sense. The tap has been approved by a judge right? Okay, so the terrorist orders a pizza with a tap on the line, what's the big deal? They are following the suspected terrorist's activities and there will always be conversations with innocent parties. It's not an abuse if the court orders it. I don't get your point.
