Wouldn't you agree that the type of military tribunal form is irrelevent to the question of whether or not the Executive or Judicial branch has jurisdiction?
Not that you'll ever be clever enough to catch on, but the form of military tribunal, be it courts-martial or Nuremburg-style, has nothing to do with the jurisdictional question of whether or not the Executive (military) or Judicial (civilian) Branch has authority over such cases.
You are trying to make the argument above that because President Bush has established military tribunals which differ in form from courts-martial, that suddenly the Executive Branch has lost its jurisdiction over the cases in question. That's false logic, and won't stand up to any reasonable questioning. Thus, your idle ranting as quoted above serves no purpose other than to display your wholesale ignorance.
