The Executive Branch is over our entire military and its affairs. Moving part of those affairs from the Executive Branch to the Judicial Branch would VIOLATE the assignment of powers as laid forth in our Constitution.

"Cite the clause(s) supporting what you say"

Article II. Section 2. U.S. Constitution.

Which says, on the subject, "The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States." Nothing to support your contention that he has all military powers (especially since a good number of military powers are granted to Congress), and nothing to create a special type of court under the president alone, let alone say who gets tried in it. You've claimed over and over that trying certain people (and you've never said who in exact terms) in regular courts would "VIOLATE" the Constitution. Put up or shut up. I don't want slogans, I want the clause assigning some cases to be tried by the president.
