Well why sit on the fence regarding such an important aspect of human life. Indeed THE most important factor. If your heart tells you that there IS a God then for heaven's sake SEEK HIM. It is only logical. If God IS than he has been reaching out to man from man's beginning. There are only two truly ancient religions. Hebrew and Hindu. Which is it. Which one makes sense?
Your fence sitting is indefensible. God demands a choice of man. No opinion is not an option.

Why do you consider this the most important factor in human life? I have no need of proof of God. Why should I? God is God, whether I understand Him or not, He won't change, besides, I doubt very much that I would be able to understand why He does what He does. I don't need to know that. Why do I need to seek Him? My 'fence sitting', as you put it, is totally defensible. I see no reason to try and prove the existence of God. So there are only 2 ancient religions, this means nothing to me. Why do you believe God demands a choice? It seems a bit presumptious that you would know what God wants or demands. No opinion really is an option.

Even if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
