Are there any other FReepers that sell on eBay? I sell more than I buy, but I would like to "Buy FReeper" when I can. Post a link to your auctions here and we can support each other.

I do. You may check out my auctions
HERE and if any FReepers win any of my auctions, let me know and I will give them a 10 percent discount on their final bid price.

When I moved from the beach to an inland location I sold a huge nautical collection. Made a lot of money and had a loads of fun doing it! I go to garage/yard sales on weekends and just look for things I think will sell...as they say: one person's junk, is another's treasure! There's a buyer for just about everything. Once I bought a cookie jar for $3 and resold it for $62...a salt & pepper shaker set that I picked up for $1, sold for $22. I also sell my old clothes when I get tired of them. I look for stuff that will fit into the free Priority Mail boxes supplied by the post office. You can order them online. I also try to have my auctions end on a Sunday night. I don't have anything up for sale at the moment...I'll probably list some things on this Sunday. My ebay name is ladycitra.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I buy and sell on eBay... I have not listed anything for a while, but with winter coming on I will be doing some listings. I buy mainly vintage quilts and quilting fabric. So if there are any FReepers who have something like this sitting around the house and would like to sell them, please send me a message and I will get back to you. I even by old quilts that are not in perfect shape (called cutter quilts). I have been with eBay for about 3 years.
A question to all eBay FReepers...
I have not sold for awhile on eBay (due to all the changes there, but I plan to start up again).
My problem is where can I find some free server space that will allow me to store my item pictures?
At one time I used 50megs and GeoCities,
but these free services no longer let your pictures show up when the are linked to another website like eBay.
(the pictures will not pop up inside the ebay ads.)

I've been a buyer for most of my time on Ebay, but decided to write some ebooks with different receipes... Fudge...Cheesecakes...Cookies...Pies...Cakes & one for Christmas Crafts the kids can do for the Holidays.
I just put a Dutch auction up for "215 Fudge receipes".
I don't know if I'll have any luck trying to sell these or not.

No need to store your pictures; eBay now has:
Picture Services:
"Avoid the hassle of finding a host for your pictures by instantly moving your pictures from your computer into your listing".1st photo is free...15¢ for each additional picture.

I tried the Checkout, but I have stopped using it. I have never had such bad communication with my buyers!

Do you have any old mining books?Nothing on mining in my stack. Darn, I don't have what people want, and what I have no one wants.

I look for stuff that will fit into the free Priority Mail boxesMe, too. I like small stuff that's not too fragile. Books are a pain because buyers want them shipped cheap but packed like glass.

where can I find some free server space that will allow me to store my item pictures?Does you Internet provider give you any free space? Most do. The best option, IMO, is to register a domain name (cheap) and find a good hosting company ($10 - 20 a month). Then use it for your pictures, mutiple email address, personal use, etc.

Laugh! I have seen this picture. C'mon, the guy HAD to notice that. I have to wonder if it wasn't intentional by some pervert.

"Hi, I haven't sold anything for awhile but my screen name on ebay is beaniemom2000. Should have some things this winter."
hee hee, that's why i haven't sold anything for a while, your name says it all. beanies are what i was selling, but not anymore. anywho, guess we'll find something else to move onto. been a buyer lately, ouch!!$$$$$$$

I did start with beanies in 1999, buying not selling. Our daughter was into collecting and it was a good way to get the ones she wanted without having to stand in line everywhere. Didn't sell too many unless we have extras. I have a web site where I sell my miniature dollhouse quilts and sometimes I would list one to boost traffic on my site. Still have all those beanies, she is 14 now.

I look for political stuff, especially coming from a libertarian, classical liberal or individualist anarchist perspectiveThe only book I found that may be of interest to you. . .
Protest! Student activism in America, edited by Julian Foster and Durward Long. New York: William Morrow and Company, 1970. 596 p.
Seems rather obscure, I found very few references to it. Try a Google search with the exact title for what I found.

Hello, my name is Terri and I'm an EBay addict... I have bought everything from clothing to antique furniture to autographs (Howard Keel, Doris Day, Kathryn Grayson) to parts storage boxes for our business. I am going to start selling here soon....time to recycle! :)

I ignore the check-out feature altogether. I love paypal!
Has anyone else had any trouble relisting items? I keep getting error messages when I try. I don't relist all that much, but it irritates me to not be able to.
