This article is full of cheap shots. GW owning a ranch near Crawford or any other place in Texas isn't about impressing anyone. There's thousands of Crawfords dotted all across our nation (The Red Zone), including a lot in Florida, Ms Fritz. This reads like another disgruntled reporter who is p*ssed at her boss for making her trek down to Crawford to cover the President. Get over it, honey - he WON (thank God).
Note the comment about few journalists being invited. I think that is not correct, as I am certain that they were invited to a barbecue in August, and several people have commented on the cathedral area. I know Jay Carney and Claire Shipman have been there, as have Carl Cameron, Jiim Angle, Wendell Goler, and others.
So how come this reporter didn't get an invitation? Maybe because of her attitude!!
