The recent NJ elections show that this is exactly what the people of NJ want! It will probably be the second state (after Nazifornia) to be occupied by enemy troops. Small loss!

I believe we could already be occupied - judging from the terrorist addresses and the anthrax central thing going on in PRNJ!

There are pockets of resistence, but as you can see by the thread topic, it's a challenge to keep your rights!

I can now honestly say that I live in a state more conservative than New Jersey since the November Elections.

BTW I live in New York

Actually, having lived in California, and having purchased firearms there...it's not even close. California, while increasingly anti-gun, is nowhere near as restrictive as the laundry list above. When I bought my SKS back around 1994, there was the waiting period, and the background check, but that's it.

And, in the county I lived in (Humboldt) CCW was essentially "shall-issue." I think it may not be that way now, though, because the new sheriff is a liberal.

Still, I'm glad to be out of California, and in a state where shall-issue is the law of the land.

New Jersey, California, Maryland, Taxaxhusetts - great places to avoid.
