We have recently added a link to the Edit Profile (http://www.freerepublic.com/perl/profile) screen to our front page on Free Republic.
On this page you will find tools to update your Free Republic account and profile information. You may use the features on these pages to update your email address and password, select your state flag to fly on your profile page, edit your profile page, edit your bookmarks, etc.
We've also added a new parameter on the registration screen and on the "Edit Account" screen to specify whether or not you wish to receive email alerts or other info from Free Republic via your regular email address.
Additional features will be added to these pages as we complete programming projects currently in process. One item we hope to add in the coming months is the ability for users to change their screen name. Another is the ability to upload graphic images or photos to store on your Free Republic account. Another is the ability to assign Free Republic email addresses to our members; i.e., yourscreenname@freerepublic.com.
Watch for these and many other enhancements coming soon.
