I don`t think we get a chance to punish Osama. I think one of his henchmen put a bullet in his back or his head. Then the rest of these nuts can blame it all no Osama. (Dead men tell on tales.) Plus they might get the reward.

Personally, I like this scenario. I'm not one for recommending torture, actually. And I think that him being shot quietly by one of his goons would be enormous punishment in and of itself, as well as being a depressing message to his followers.
