In all seriousness, the worst thing that could happen would be for us to take him alive. Every terrorist in the world would try to take U.S. citizens hostage to trade for him. He needs to be killed in Afghanastan with his body recovered for identification. If he is captured, it should be our little secret. Shoot him in the head, report him killed trying to escape, and bring his body back to the U.S. for identification.
After he is dead, we can burn his carcass along with remnants from a pork slaughter house and flush the ashes down the NYC sewer system.
