Good guess - (your #5). But my guess is that Hillary's anti-American Marxism was just pouring out of her innards. She couldn't contain it in the face of the blatant heroism of the Americans who went in to rescue their fellow citizens and of the stellar, firm but moved emotionally, leadership of President Bush. She still lives in her thuggish tyrant's delusional world that she is still in power and President Bush never "won" the election. Further, and this is most significant:

She behaved the way any Marxist, Maoist, Terrorist would have behaved sitting before our President making the most important and best speech of our time. She could not tolerate it. Evil has a very difficult time around "goodness" and Satan, the father of lies, whose minions likely indwell Hillary, has a very very difficult time around the TRUTH.
