I'm reminded of that old sixties song "London swings like The Pendulum do!" Song Title: "England Swings Like A Pendulum Do!"

LOL! Gee, if I could build my own man... Good parody on last night's thread about building a computer!
Well, lets see... He would be built like Schwartenegger, cook as well as Justin Wilson, clean house like Mr. Clean, know my car like Mr. Goodwrench, be as gentle as Michael Landon, know Christ like Paul, and be as tough as Patton.

You probably won't find one brand new, but you can build one from used parts, so long as they're not too badly damaged.
Make sure the motherboard is on the opposite coast, and constant interface is not required.
Make sure the hard drive still works, and the power supply still has a spark.
The processor, being the most critical part of the unit, must produce logical results. It's great to have a built-in math co-processor, but not necessary for most normal operations.
Used memory chips are usually not static ram and may not retain their data, but will work fine if refreshed with each cycle.
The neat thing about used models, is that they usually come with a wide variety of peripheral devices, like power tools, an extra pick-up, and such.
The video may drift, but that's normal for most models, and is not cause for concern as long as the screen comes back to focus on you. Hitting the terminal during such drifting may appear to help, but it can cause the focus function to quit entirely, which is not a good thing.
You might even get lucky and find one thats already set up for online banking.
Good luck.
