Grabbing Our Land?
U.S. News and World Report, July 21, 1997, Cover Story: "Parks in Peril"
"The national parks have been called the best idea America had. But their wild beauty and historical treasures are rapidly deteriorating from lack of funds, pollution, encroaching development, overcrowding, and congressional indifference."
This is true, but there's a lot more to it that we are not being told. Our parks, national and state, are being taken over by forces that are beyond our control. The problem is not only congressional indifference, but public indifference due to media misinformation. It is time to quit mainstream media and sample some alternatives. The following info comes from the website of the Concerned Women for America (www.cwfa.org)
Fact: The Clinton administration is implementing United Nations treaties without congressional or voter approval. Already 68% of our national parks and preserves are under U.N. administration.
Fact: U.N. committees are empowered to visit "World Heritage Sites" within the U.S. to judge whether human activity poses an environmental risk and if it need to be curtailed.
Fact: The Clinton administration is transferring tens of millions of acres of land to the federal government to be placed under U.N. control.
Fact: Towns in the Cuyahoga River Valley near Akron, Ohio, have lost much of their population as the National Park Service under U.N. provisions, has condemned and torn down homes, farms, forcing people to leave their land.
Fact: The U.N. Biodiversity Treaty supports the Wildlands Project, which calls for turning 50% of the U.S. into "wildlands" where humans would not be allowed, but animals could roam free.
A newsletter photo of a sign at the park entrance reads, "Great Smoky Mountains National Park, An International Biosphere Reserve...you and I will continue to pay taxes for the maintenance and upkeep of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. But we no longer own it. Now, the UN has ultimate jurisdiction. This alone is startling evidence that the once independent nation-state known as the United States of America is going out with a whimper and not a bang. Our sovereignty is coming to an end...
"The UN and its elitist masters don't want you on their property! And in case you do trespass and enter forbidden areas of these pristine UN lands, you might just be shot. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service agents and park personnel are now taught to love nature's Mother Earth and to despise and loathe human beings. They are being given firearms and instructed to use them. Meanwhile, foreign immigrants from India, china, Pakistan, Bulgaria, Russia and other nations are being recruited for this national park service police duty because, unlike U.S. nationals, non-English speaking foreigners will not hesitate to care out order and shoot American intruders." Bump & George
Do you folks have any updates that need to be added here for travis to catch up on what happened to the Parks?
trav, these two posts should keep you reading for about a week by the time you open all the links.

urg... I've spent the last 45 min going through all those links and some of the other ones people have posted. I've got to say, it is all not very satisfying.
One would think this sort of thing could be summarized in just a few pages. No one seems to know much about anything. I thought a story detailing the history of the national forest service was interesting and how it became corrupted.
I can see how people fear the UN heritage sites could become corrupted as well. But it looks to me like the UN has no actual soverignty over any of these sites. That is, the UN doesn't own the land, but only passes on complaints and recomendations to our federal agencies, which is an admittidly disturbing prospect, but anyone can attempt to do the same. There is definitly potential for abuse.
There is a lot of information, and I'll have to look through it some more. Right now it both smells fishy (some of the rhetoric and claims) and is disturbing at the same time. I can't make heads or tails of it. I do think we need to get out of the United Nations ASAP. Better safe then sorry. :)
I'll probably comment more after looking through it some more at a later date.
TK, A few years ago, a mining company was going to open a mine outside of Yellowstone, {If I remember right}, and A group from the U.N. complained that the mine was within "the buffer" zone they had recently outlines around the park. The company wasn't able to open the mine, and the U.S. government paid the company for the property, and all their expenditures getting the mine approval. Yellowstone is a U.N. "Biosphere" area. The U.N. spokesman when asked, "Who is in charge of the park?", answered, {in a very imperious tone I understand} "The United Nations". This "interferrence" is for real. Peace and love, George.
Same here.
When you understand the whys, hows and whats of biospheres, then you will understand that the UN does have control over our parks and 'world heritage' sites. It was all done through treaties and international agreements.
I appreciate the info. I'll give this some thought.

The U.S. Constitution is nothing but clay in the hands of these nefarious blackguards.
Kerry was even worse. It's too bad that we let the RINO'S take over the Republican Party. Bush is a globalist from the word go. Just like his daddy is. No doubt that's where he learned it. We are moving to a one world order, and none of us can stop it.
The Bob Marshall wilderness is not shown and without explanation. I don't think Glacier park is either. I always wondered if they might be U.N controlled.
I just googled Agenda 21 for someone else. You can ping your friend to this. He’ll need a year to read all of these links. The U.S.is DOOMED!! We will never get it back again, short of overthrowing the government, and I don’t see that happening.

I don’t recall . . . does Agenda 21 get into
the plan of the elite puppet masters to
turn virtually all of North America into a vast natural park devoid of any evidence of man?
. . . with isolated playground plush vacation spots and maybe a few cities for their slaves to operate in.
