Would you happen to know how much of Israel is uninhabitable desert? (If any.)

My understanding, is that if the Arabs would have agreed to Resolution 181 they would have left the Jews with approx. 77% desert and of course an internationalized Jerusalem. Of course Israel was formed roughly along the 181 borders therefore I'm sure the percentage is around there. However, Israel has had an ongoing revitalization effort throughout many of these areas bringing life to formerly ravaged and swamp infested areas.
