And the SECOND poll did not identify how many ARAB Israelis were among those polled.

I'll try to find something more to your liking. Obviously, just because Clinton spoke at the Israel Policy Forum doesn't mean that they produce faulty results, and even if the second poll included Israeli Arabs, they live in the country too and have a right to help decide policy.

Jews in U.S., Israel Differ on Palestinian State

This poll was taken in 1998. Either way, it's clear that there's a large segment of both US and Israelis who support a Palestinian state.

American Jews approve of an independent Palestinian state, 68% to 19%. Israelis, by contrast, split, with 44% approving and 49% disapproving, including 34% who strongly oppose the idea. In both countries, more than two-thirds of those polled believe that a Palestinian state is likely to be created whether they like it or not.

To the degree their views mirror those of Palestinians actually in the territories, Arab Israelis would be expected to be MORE, rather than less, OPPOSED to the peace process than Israeli jews, and by a large margin. (But I would be interested in what the actual case is if the data are available.)
