Excellent article, enhanced by thought provoking posts. One thing I have noticed, Bill Moyers is one that comes to mind, is the leftists/liberals have for the past decade done everything in their power to simply appear to be "mainstream". Their strategy, as the DNC has made obvious to most, has been to try an shift the publics entire frame of reference to the left, by demonizing the right. There are extremist right wingers, but they are few and not in the mainstream of American life. We have all heard about how Clinton was a "moderate" until we want to throw things at the TV set. This facade had not been well maintained, and is falling away as of late. The atrocity of 9/11 seems to have literally smoked out some of the more leftist-anti American types, and they appear rather naked and foolish standing alone in the spotlight. Moyer's silly "Taliban" comments come to mind... a bit of a shock to some who might have given the man more credit, for not being a leftist and thereby not merely a mouthpiece for standard leftist talking points.

Boy, Richard, that is dead-on. Some of us have been praying for an exposure of the leftists who so control the reporting of events, and it would appear that those prayers are being answered both left and right....(ie McCain, billy kristol, etc.)
