You should see the flame from my .454 Casull. I put 37 grains of Win 296 behind a 200 grain FMJ. The flame leaps a good 30 inches from the muzzle. The 200 grain is easier on the wrists for plinking. You have to fill the case with Win 296 to prevent detonation. Besides, it smells nice after you shoot it :-)
