Moscow (dpa) - Passengers riding a bus on Russia's Far Eastern peninsula of Sakhalin were transfixed by the sight of a severed human head rolling down the aisle, the Interfax news agency reported Wednesday.
The grisly item span out of a plastic bag when the bus sped over a bump in the road. Despite his state of shock, the driver made a detour to a police station where officers arrested the owner of the bag.
The detainee, a 30-year-old businessman had according to initial investigations killed another man. To cover up the crime he dismembered the body and intended to dispose of the parts around the town of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The bag was also found to contain the victim's hacked off hands.

When I worked in a hospital, I saw body parts dropped and bouncing down stairs.

Obviously a follower of the quaint old latin saying:

"We gladly feast on those who would subdue us."
I love to see that capitalism is thriving in foreign lands. :-)

"Does CalTrans do the road work over there, too?"
======================
Maybe...they along with the State of Illinois are the only two organizations (that I know of) that can take a hole in the road - and turn it over to make a Bump out of it.....

Heads up! I'm a-head of the curve on this one. Two heads are beter than one. OK, I'll stop now. This thread is really taking a head-er. Oh, G-d, is there no end!?
To: NativeNewYorker
At least the driver maintained his composure, he was apparently very head strong.
