Moscow (dpa) - Passengers riding a bus on Russia's Far Eastern peninsula of Sakhalin were transfixed by the sight of a severed human head rolling down the aisle, the Interfax news agency reported Wednesday.
The grisly item span out of a plastic bag when the bus sped over a bump in the road. Despite his state of shock, the driver made a detour to a police station where officers arrested the owner of the bag.
The detainee, a 30-year-old businessman had according to initial investigations killed another man. To cover up the crime he dismembered the body and intended to dispose of the parts around the town of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The bag was also found to contain the victim's hacked off hands.

"Eight Heads in a Dufflebag" As I commented in the other heads-in-a-bag thread the other day: "Joe Pesci, call your office!"

I used to work in a neurosurgurey dept and would have to bring up human heads from the basement to the 5th floor labs. We would put them in pillow cases. One time me and my collegue were bringing up 8 heads (4 each). He dropped one of his pillow cases (2heads) in a crowded elevator. People freaked when they rolled out in the elevator. There were some other doctors in the elevator who were laughing their asses off. Little bit of morbid humor for ya this morning (true story though).

Obviously the poor shocks on Russian buses can make heads fall off passengers, just like the tail and engines came off the AA plane two days ago.

It's like the poem says... "If you can keep your head while those around you are losing theirs..."

OK, I'll bite. Why were the heads not with their original owners and why were they being moved from the basement to the 5th floor??
