Is there an update on CHIEF NEGOTIATOR's death?

I have been out of touch and I have not heard whether it was finally determined if the fire at CHIEF's house was arson or accident. I know arson was rumored. Also how is his wife doing?

I would like to thank everyone for their interest in Herb's death.
As most of you know, he was a dear friend of mine as well.
Taxman and I have been keeping abreast of the investigation as best we can.
At the present there is nothing to report as factual.
I will contact the investigators again tomorrow, and if there is new information, I will post it here.
