I have been out of touch and I have not heard whether it was finally determined if the fire at CHIEF's house was arson or accident. I know arson was rumored. Also how is his wife doing?

I'm down with that too. My wife's very clever speculation was that he electrocuted himself in the bathroom, thus explaining the yelling, his inability to escape, and the fire. Remember, though, that's SPECULATION SPECULATION SPECULATION.
