I think the people (other than some Hispanics) get it. The problem is elected Democrats want to keep getting re-elected. Intelligent, informed knowledgeable voters will not vote for Democrat. Therefore the Democratic politicians have to keep creating a voter base, and have to keep dumbing down America.

You have an idea there, but who would we argue with? OTOH, it seems to me that the democrat positions are in much the same disarray as the Taliban. Not much left to form a platform. Wartime massacres? (It happens, remember 9-11), No drilling? (Remember our need to suck up to Saudia Arabia), Homosexuals and their agenda or the Boy Scouts, (Not even close), Multiculturism-racial profiling-affirmative action? (at this time it could be a fatal philosophy). No, I don't see liberals pulling down the votes like they used to.
