This is generally the legacey of the Democrats, and Clinton's Legacey in particular. And Bush is not really going about fixing the problem in a meaningful way. He has bought the disgusting rhetoric of the Democrats and the lame-stream media.

Anyone's Security program is always going to have failures. Man cannot invent a lock that doesn't have a key, or a catch. Someone will always devise a way to defeat it. Just as millions of individuals making millions of instanteous decisions creates a free market, which over a period of time is always smarter than a market managed by a few individuals, millions of individuals making their own decisions about personal security will always be better than government security. It goes without saying that government security, by definition, will always be the least capable form of security. Homeland security should largely be left to the people. The government should start by securing our borders and removing obvious potential threats, things they have repeatedly promised on network TV that they are not going to do and that we shouldn't second guess them.

I want to particularly note Barbara Boxer's position in this. She was and has been a major proponent of legal residency status for the Salvordor "refugees". This notary lady, I would bet, got her legal status from these actions of congress led by the California senator. Now as a legal resident she can sign papers to authorize the legal status of others.

And her pled crime, signing blank documents to permit the ilegal licensing of unknown people? She is a criminal who derserves a severe sentence. Her actions support the criminals who would use the license in the commission of crimes of unimaginable horror. (I wonder how the average open border "they only want to work" crowd feels about the role they have played in the WTC bombing). I would bet they don't get it yet.
