He is cruel at times. So is he one of those that encouraged folks to stock up on stuff just before Y2K???? LOL!
I remember when my sweetie brought home a 5 gallon bottle of water a week before Y2K, and I looked at her and said "Hey! What's this? I paid the water bill." She was taking precautions in case there were problems. . .
