I think the Brady Org's need to be
"VISA FREEPED" like folks are doing to the Clinton Library Fund.

It appears that if you donate $.03 via Credit Card it ends up costing them about $1 or $2 to process the the transaction.
A net loss in useable funds.

I tried to "VISA FREEP" them, ie, donate $0.02 and cause them to incurr a fee, but they had a $15 minimum for VISA. I reported them to askvisa@visa.com.
I hope they will be held to the rules set by VISA.
