Clinton is blaming the victims. Falwell blames secular America. I don’t see much of a difference, except Falwell apologized.
Also this transcript evidently was handed out before the speech was given. It would be interesting to compare what he actually said to this transcript. It sure doesn't point out all the words he slurred in the speech.
However, I think the way it was written is not very clear....run-on sentences and totally disassociated thoughts!
His speech pattern was totally bizarre, as was the way he kept looking off over their heads, not really connecting.
