What a man he is. I didn't get to see the speech, being on the left coast and not having any idea when it would be on TV, if the non-cable networks carried it (my only hope of seeing it). I saw excerpts on the evening news - saw a standing O and a few sentences.

When he was newly our president, I prayed over and over that this would be his portion:

God has increased His favor on our president. It is a sure sign that his heart is right toward God. And we get all the benefit of an inspired, believing head of state. "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked rule, the people mourn." (Proverbs 29:2)

It was hard to determine which speech was better --The President's or Laura's. I would say Laura is much better looking. Thanks for the great pictures rintense!
