Lots of things today in the life of President Bush, as the day was topped off with a nationally televised speech regarding homeland security. In his speech, Bush outlined what our country has achieved since September 11th, and what new steps are currently being implemented and proposed to continue to make all Americans safe. He also reassured the nation that we will prevail in this war on terrorism.
Earlier in the day, the President visited the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, where he helped pass out boxes of antibiotics. And even earlier than that, Bush met with Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern, and Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso. Just another busy day in the life of President Bush! Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

RWP, thanks so much for doing this!
You know, you're performing a public service like those that our President referred to tonight, by spreading this leader's important messages each night and unifiying an ever-growing group of loyal patriots (and Bush-Babes!)
Rolling!

I have enjoyed this site for some weeks now and find that I look forward to it each evening. We have seen this President grow before our eyes and you have chronicled it each day for us. We have seen his compassion with the children, his tears during tragedy, his pride of the military, his enjoyment of his ranch, his love for his wife and family, his respect for all people, his admiration for the 9.11 heros and so much more. Tonight the President asked us to serve in some way, where we are, in our own cities and towns across America. I just wanted you to know that you are serving and I am one of the fortunate recepients! Thank you for the example of doing what we can, where we are to serve of our country. Thank you! And God bless America!

Maybe that's because I barely paid attention to the White House for 8 years.LOL!!! Me neither!
I just didn't like that wave of nausea I got every time I looked at the Criminal in Chief.

What a blessing this man is! Thank You, Lord!
We have our assignment, to help in whatever way we can. We are once again reminded to be "citizens, not spectators."
Let's roll!

We are once again reminded to be "citizens, not spectators."I know that you sensed, as I did, the significance and power of President Bush's Inaugural Address. In light of what has occurred since, I firmly believe that it was prophetic.
His speech tonight was magnificent, wasn't it?! God is using him mightily to lead this nation!
(and not to be trivial here, but he looks so good doing it!)

His speeches rouse such patriotic feelings, and the audiences just burst into applause with appreciation of all he stands for. It's interesting to note how people around him are most always pictured with huge, huge smiles (except for solemn occasions).
Great, great pictures again, Rintense. Thanks for serving us (your community) even before President Bush asked. The media may ignore him, but the Daily Dose gives us what we want.

NYC So nice to see you posting again to the dose. ;-)
OhioWfan, well, chalk tonight up to another night I am going to have to beg for you to tape it so I can watch it at the Bush Babes slumber party. It sounds like he was a total stud (duh) and that today Laura was about the best first lady we have ever had. I think she has a little of the more down-homey touch that Barbara Bush didn't have and therefor nudges Babs out. :-)
This president is such soothing balm for tired eyes and I am so glad he is our president. I am just too tired tonight to be able to express it right- but he is an answer to prayers!

I must be *really* tired/distracted, because I read this as "WHAT A SPEEDO!!!!" and nearly sprained my fingers scrolling back up! :-DNow that's funny! It took me three and a half minutes after reading this before I stopped laughing enough so that I could type this reply!
To: rintense
Rintense, the photo in #12 of Laura's beautiful eyes reminds me of a thread from sometime ago, quoting a friend of hers:
"Demure in public, Mrs. Bush is said by friends, both men and women, to possess a personal magnetism that she uses to get things done. They point to her flawless complexion (she wears drugstore Cover Girl), her deep blue eyes and her irresistible charm. Her eyes, a male friend said, 'They look at you and say: "You must obey Laura Bush. You must obey Laura Bush." ' "
Laura Bush Sees Everything in Its Place, Including Herself
I always think of that when I see a good picture of her eyes, You must obey Laura Bush!
Thanks for all the great pics again, rintense!

I know that you sensed, as I did, the significance and power of President Bush's Inaugural Address.Everytime I think of the part about the angel riding in the whirlwind and directing the storm, I pray it's true.
