You have David G. saying that then you have Michael Kinsley cutting him down on CNN.

I better go back and record this for the troops. We should just charter our own plane to get our boxes over there!

Michael Kinsley, LOL! What a wienie...

We should just charter our own plane to get our boxes over there! The Guild version of the USO!

You have David G. saying that then you have Michael Kinsley cutting him down on CNN.What a maroon. How could anyone not be moved by that speech? These media outlets better watch themselves. It's clear the people love our President and they are going to start flipping the channels and turning to different papers that put him in a more favorable light.

I just love President Bush. His last line was so appropriate. He is a true leader because he thinks that we as Americans can do the things we are being asked to do. He isn't going to give us a checklist, but he is giving us hope and inspiration to do the things we need to do. I'm hoping the media was listening long and hard this evening.

Am still at work -- is it over? Is/was it being streamed on the web anywhere?
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
I'll bet the troops would love to see this speech, especially the parts where President Bush mentioned the military, and everyone whooped and hollered for them.
My Christmas stockings are coming along nicely. I'm going to have them finished by Saturday so that I can get them out to you Monday. I'm off on a business trip for most of next week. Blech.

That's cool. I will check that out. It would make a nice Christmas gift for Retrokat. Then again, it might reignite his sports card collecting phase that we just got over a while ago. Heck, I'll just buy them for myself.

Just keep looking for the best price. The price ranges are incredible for the same thing.

I know you are a knitter. I spoke to a National Guard Chopper Pilot today and he said that knit caps would really be nice.
Looks like I will be hitting the discount stores again this weekend and stock up on CARE Package supplies. They want batteries and film. I picked up a dozen disposable cameras today, but batteries are so heavy to ship.

Y'all, we're about 500 posts away from #10,000,000. LOL! Who will it be??
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
I put some batteries in the box I am sending. I should have it in the mail tomorrow. Maybe I can get to Walmart and pick up some knit caps before I get the box mailed.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
Oh!!!! I have the perfect thing to make caps with. They look knitted, but they're not. Faster than knitting too...and I can take it with me next week to work on. And the look is the very style that is so popular right now. I'm assuming adult male head sizes? Does color matter? I'm getting so excited about these Christmas care packages...
To: Utah Girl
Color doesn't matter. Just big enough for a head. I am excited about our Christmas Packages also. I know that our boxes will be the most popular.

I love, LOVE this president. He's a real man! "Let's roll!!"

What a speech!
I will be sending 12 fleece scarves and 12 Christmas stockigs (with Snickers, hot chocolate mix, and candy canes...if I can find some) on Monday via UPS. Also planning to send $$ donation to help with shipping costs.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
OK. I'll make them for men's heads. I'll make them masculine colors too.

HOLD ON!!! We can't send chocolate ( Snickers) and we can't send any powdered anything. Save your hot chocolate and Snickers ( even though I think Snickers are heavenly). BigWaveBetty send a 5 pound can of Powdered Lemonade and I had to donate it to Children's Hospital because we can't send powder because of Anthrax.
