Ahh, I think your picture captured the essence of feline duplicity. They hook you when they're little, by being so irresistably cute--you know you should give them the boot, but how can you turn away a face like that? The devious little connivers!

I don't know about world domination, but my cats make the creepiest face, and I have no idea what it's about. If there are any cat experts out there, please enlighten me as to why my cats get this look on their face from time to time. They stop what they're doing, their mouth drops open and they look like they either just smelled something bad, or I said something stupid.

The reason he opens his mouth like that is he has special sensing organs inside the mouth, and he is picking up a scent. Mine does it a lot when he smells a shoe.
