Looking at National Geographic map from May 1966, Dunlap is 40 miles East of Fresno. Miramonte appears to be about 5 miles S/E from Dunlap. It is very close to the Sequoia National Park area.
Thank you. I saw it on the map that mlo provided . Funny, I have been in the area several times, in fact my Church camp isn't far from there, but certainly never paid any attention to it before now.
The question now is, where is the second smaller one mentioned that is near Dunlap? Anyone know that?
