As before, leave no spaces next to the < >. Copy and paste the URL of the article you want to link the same as with an image by right clicking on it and going into "properties". Then use the back button to go back to the thread you want to post the hot link on and "voila".

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. First of all, thanks for the HTML lessons. I am going to learn this!
I am so glad to see so many interested in this thread, thought they would be. This is just so frightening and hard to believe, although I saw it with my own eyes on the television news.
I have contacted the FBI, and am going to contact all political reps in the area. Although I know they know about this, maybe pressure from the public is what they need to get them moving on this!
