Why is there an Islamic Village in the foothills near Fresno?
KFSN TV 30 Fresno, CA ^ | 11-07-01 | Kevin Quinn

.Why is there an Islamic Village in the foothills near Fresno? There's an airstrip and neighbors complain of gunfire. Kevin Quinn takes you inside Baladullah, California.

Sorry, no transcript as of now. Video only. Worth the effort to view.

The video provides a look at this compound in the foothills above Fresno, CA. Pre 9-11, a Fresn County Sheriffs deputy was killed by a member of this peaceful Islamic community. The suspect (in the beginning trial phase still) broke into a empty nearby foothill home, when deputies arrived this guy was lying in the hallway floor with a rifle, and killed one deputy. This video is the first investigative reporting we have had on this Islamic community. The trail leads to FUQRA, a known terrorist group operating all over the world, and have several communities such as this one all over the USA.

Here is an excerpt from an article of the Sacramento Bee...

California links of terrorists probed:
Federal and state investigators try to unearth 'sleeper' agents.
By Sam Stanton and Andy Furillo
Bee Staff Writers

(Published Sept. 30, 2001)

The compound Beyond seeking out ties to bin Laden-linked terrorist networks, officials are keeping tabs on another Islamic group near Fresno because of the recent killing of a sheriff's deputy in an area home, apparently stemming from a botched burglary.(this was no burglary according to all accounts)

There is no evidence that the Fresno group has been involved in any terrorist activities, officials say.

The group, according to a federal source, is part of Fuqra, an organization whose name means "poverty" in Arabic and which has had compounds in several U.S. areas.

Some Fuqra members in other areas have been implicated in past years in domestic terrorist attacks, and the State Department has labeled the group, known formally as Jamaat ul-Fuqra, as "an Islamic sect that seeks to purify Islam through violence."

The group south of Fresno operates an 1,800-acre compound called the International Quranic Open University, which sits on the former site of the drug addiction recovery cult Synanon.

The compound, a series of mobile homes shaded by trees, also serves as a U-Haul rentals location. A resident there last week refused to talk to a reporter, referring inquiries to a Visalia attorney who did not respond to a message seeking information.

Authorities have been studying the compound since the Aug. 21 slaying of Fresno County Sheriff's Deputy Erik Telen. Officials charged 20-year-old Ramadan Abdur-Rauf Abdullah with murder in the killing, apparently stemming from a botched burglary at a rural home.

James Oppliger, Fresno County's chief deputy district attorney, said the suspect claimed he had been living at the compound seeking psychiatric treatment from the Quranic university.

Oppliger said he since has begun studying the group and its possible connections to other organizations.

(Zavia Books) is the bookstore for this Islamic compound. It is called Koranic Open University. Note the books being sold. One of them is prefaced by ( Sheik Mubarik Ali Shah Jilani [Gilani]) a known terrorist. The trail leads from Baladullah (actually Miramonte, CA) to Pakistan, where Sheik Gilani lives. He is the head of Fuqra.

I'm just saying we need to give him a little more time. I imagine DC is in a much worse state than we could ever imagine, coming after the reign of BJ and Queen Hitlery. Actually, I think if we knew HALF of what they've done, we'd be screaming for a lynching party.

I agree. I can't imagine how many moles were left in place in all our federal agencies when clinton left. They're probably stacked three-deep and well concealed, making it hard to determine who is loyal and who is a snake.

Shoot, I still worry about any 'bugs' that clintoon may have left behind in the WH walls. It probably took Dubya three months just to find and get rid of those!

I do wonder though, if this isn't a real touchy situation since as the articles you posted show a link to Pakistan and Fuqra?

After reading those links in #381, I'm sure the word "touchy" doesn't even begin to describe it. What a mess.

As promised here is the email response from the writer from the Fresno Bee in response to a note my husband sent her expressing concern about some of the quotes in the Quran:

Thanks for that. Could you share with me your knowledge and experience with Islam? Have you prayed in a Mosque, visited a Mosque, do you have Muslim friends, have you traveled in Muslim countries and have you read the Quran in its totality, have you read it in Arabic and have you studied the times in which it was written?

I think the Bible could be taken out of context (and has) in an equally horrendous fashion. Erin Kennedy

I think her response speaks for itself.

If all he did was ask about some Koran quotes then her response is reasonable. She is right BTW about quotes being taken out of context in the Bible. I've looked.

There was no reason to write to her about the Koran. She should have been criticized for ignoring the full implications of this compound up there. Her story was the issue.

Jihad in America

Ernest this link goes into quite a bit of the linkage between the Arab/Islamic terrorist and Clinton/Gore: (Islamic terrorists and past links to Clintoons/Goron)

I am not able to bring up using search all of the great articles connecting the Islamic Terrorist who posed as a peaceful Muslim in the White House and the finance connections between Ramsey Clark and the vile protestors in DC who were neutralized by our brave DC Freepers.

One of our Freepers put together an incredible package showing the finance wings of these Arabic terrorist wings in and out of America. Hopefully someone can pull all this together.

I hope this links to your link:

Jihad in America!

I'm basically out of here until late monday or tuesday!

It may also be worth the trouble to research certain BinLaden family business associates in Texas, as well as those in Oklahoma. Both of course are petrochemical industry business centers, and those industries are certainly looking at the possibility of increased political and financial power and financial gain as a possible benefit to them as a result of both the OKC atrocity and ongoing conflict.

Of course that would mean that those involved are international war criminals, as well as treasonous war profiteers.

Thanks but that is not it.

In September right before the DC Freep of the anti war anarchists, one of our Freepers posted an incredible documentation of the money given to Clark's group of anti Americans in DC!

This thread ended up with documentation of how money was given to Hildebeast in 2000 by this radical group, and how she tried to hide it as Arab Museum money!

However, thanks, your post is just more data on Clark, the traitor against America for 3 decades!

Actually, my husband was writing to her about the dangers of being POLITICALLY CORRECT and was not questioning her about the Koran. She responded as she did, avoiding the comments and opinions he expressed about PC and chose to challenge the Koran teachings. Here is his full comment to her, her response is in #389.

Subject: MAYBE YOU SHOULD STUDY THE KORAN A BIT MORE

You obviously have been taken in by PC. I am a fairly regular listener to the news and talk shows and on occasion, read the Bee. I have been hearing a very disturbing situation being “sold” to the public. The media, government, and talk show hosts included, have been telling us to accept the Muslims and the Islamic faith, that this religion is loving and peaceful. Although I do agree, not all the Islamic faith believers will totally abide by their religious teachings, ONE CANNOT IGNORE what the Holy Koran contains in its scriptural writings.

I have included an attachment that gives explicit instructions, clearly spelled out for the behaviour of the followers of the Islamic faith. It is pretty frightening to say the least. In particular, when you consider that an estimated one and one half billion people practice this faith world wide and this nation having a large and growing representation of this faith it is justifiably a major concern. I think the attachment is well worth reading to properly understand why those of us that are aware of these teaching are in fear of these people. It is well justified and compounded by what we have just learned from the recent attacks on the east coast.

The fear is compounded by learning of the long term planning that has been in place by the terrorists. Their disclosed assimilation manual giving instructions on how to work into our way of life without drawing attention to themselves, how to become one of us and avoid any suspicion has enabled them to become well entrenched and strategically placed for their next activity.

So now, the problem is, a terrorist could be your neighbour, in the seat next to you, living next door, friendly and even helpful at times. SO HOW DO YOU TELL JUST WHO THE TERRORIST IS? They are here in this country, waiting for the window of opportunity to open so they can fulfil the goal specified by their leader and their religious teaching. Yet, you and your media associates, and the government are telling us to be politically correct.

Well - being politically correct will just probably wind up killing a bunch of innocent people. I do not have the answer and the Politically Correct advocate neither do you. But I do know that if we follow your instructions not to consider a Muslim as a possible threat we could wind up allowing another WTC or worse. We must continually be aware and keep every possible terrorist under suspicion whether it is politically correct or not. Illegal should be deported immediately with reapplication considered after a background check is fully completed. If we offend these people, OH WELL, better to offend than having another life wasting attack. I would also add - they (the Muslims) need to have an understanding about our attitude and concern for this nation. In my opinion, anyone not willing to comply is aiding the terrorists effort.

IMHO, Ramsey Clark is someone we should be investigating. Tie him in with the "Hate America" crowd so he can be given a swift merciful demise in the court of public opinion. And maybe, a Real court of justice!

>...because feds will be watching you.

When I was small I used to stand with my hand on my heart
And I would sing to you
You were my father and my brother, my sister and my mother
I believed in you
It was so easy then
It was so easy then
But where are you now
It seems like you can't hear me any more
Maybe you're just getting too old
But do you remember
Two hundred and twenty-five years ago
When you were young
Oh-- How strong you had become!
Promising everyone your sweet gift of freedom
Now you know exactly who I am
I seem to show you all the time
Tell me some kind of truth about yourself
Your life should be as open as mine

There are children who die for you
That doesn't sound like freedom to me
Not when you lie about why they're dying
When they should be conceived in liberty
Show yourself, show yourself
Show yourself to me
Are you RCA? Are you Standard Oil? Are you AT&T?
I want to see.
Give it to me, if you've got one, I want to see
Who runs this
Who runs this
Who runs this country?
Grace Slick "Show Yourself" (sorry, but I have no link and I don't know what album it's from)
