NYC Politics is a dirty cess-pool. But to think if green wins its voter fraud is a bit of a stretch. They never really had to commit voter fraud in NYC because it was always a foregone conclusion that the Dem candidate would win. Purportedly it happened during the first Giulliani Dinkie election, but it was not "widespread." No if Bloomberg wins, its because he ran a horrible campaign and made countless blunders. The media cut him a pass because he's powerful and they don't want to get on his bad side.

Its tough choice to think who is the better candidate. Bloomberg is a turn-coat, although personally a nice guy, I've met him.

Greenee is a knee-jerk liberal who is a total incompetent and the only election he has ever won weas for the weak public advocate position. The only thing he ever did there was close this Israeli bait & Switch outfit called Camera World. So take your pick.

Is everyone overlooking absentee ballots, traditionally Republican? One would think they would at least get the full results before calling for a recount!

I would think that most of the people voting after 5 p.m. are people who WORK! So if Bloomberg is only down 2% as of 2:30 pm, then still has a very good chance. Yeah, I know, he's not really a Republican, and certainly not a conservative. But let's root for him anyway, if only because it'll piss of the NYC rats to lose this race.

One thought just occurred to me. Has anyone been doing any polling on what effect the Clintons are having on this race? Are Bill and/or Hillary somehow responsible for Democrats staying home, or voting Republican in higher numbers in New York City? I would suspect that mere presence of Bubba, in particular, is having a demoralizing affect on NYC Democrats. Any thoughts?

Excuse me but we have been down this road before.....exit polls are bullship and frankly, the dems loaded up the machines with votes long before they ever reached the polling places. Same old same old.

All absentee ballots will end up in the East River, eventually being eaten by seagulls off the Hebrides.

The Dems will steal this, count on it.

They will steal any election where they have control of the majority of precincts.

Unlike Florida, which has passed reform legislation, NYC remains the home of 104% turnout in Manhattan Rat precincts.

NYC elected HILLARY!.

NYC is doomed.

Don't I wish! Here in a red county of upstate NY, we have to send maga-tax bucks "down-state" to keep that sorry excuse of a city afloat.

If and when the upstaters can figure out how to cut them off, maybe the state, which is really nice once you get out of the 'burbs, will have a chance of economic recovery.

Till then, good old "crusty suited thunder-thighs" is just trying to fleece us upstaters to keep her gravy train rolling along...

I see Drudge is up to his usual screw with the election, BEFORE the polls close.

Hey Drudge, NICE JOB you did election night in Nov!
That was really cool how you released the VNS poll data before the 2nd time zone in FL closed.
Guess you "forgot" FL had 2 time zones, even though you live in FL.
And Fox News, GREAT JOB you guys did by breaking the VNS polls 1st on national TV!

dont forget the Dem operatives at polling precincts who are in charge of voting machines which magically have 10,000 votes cast for one candidate before the polls open...

You know, as much as we all would like to believe the early call cost us a significant number of votes in Florida, according to my sources in the conservative media it just didn't happen. The story died quickly because there was no evidence to show that the Panhandle folks went home or didn' show up at all in any significant number. As one source told me, "We tried to find a story. We really did. It just wasn't there."
Just an FYI. Anyhoo, keep fingers crossed, toes crossed, and willy tied in a knot for tonight.

Nah. My experience is that most early voters tend to be affluent Republican. They rise early and vote before and on their way to work. So it's hard for bloomberg to pull it off if he's still 2 points down.
