November 6, 2001 -- An HIV-positive pedophile was sentenced to 17 years in prison yesterday for plotting to have sex with a young boy.
John Weisser, of Oakland, Calif., was caught trying to arrange sex with someone he thought was a 12-year-old he had met online, but the "boy" was a fictional creation of federal agents.

Don't these morons know that all teenagers seeking sex with adults on the internet are FBI agents named FrankABSOLUTELY! I got IM'ed on AIM by someone claiming to be "14 and gay" - but no way did his typing or vocabulary or behavior match that of any teenager's. I should have asked him, "how's things at the FBI".

Thank God they caught this vermin before he got to some kid. Too bad he only faces 17 years, life or death would be better. The prisoners should have some fun with him, though.

Are you regularly targeted by FBI posing as gay teenagers?;-)Heh heh no, it was just a one-time occurrence. I use AIM to communicate with some of my clients and thus am subject to IM's and chat requests. If the screen name looks like someone I know, or a potential customer, I accept.

My teenage daughter was on the net chatting, when someone in the chat started asking questions that she deemed suspicious, so she typed in !! FBI !! . The perv clicked off instantly. Hahaha.

I HAVE KNOWN JOHN WEISSER ALL HIS LIFE, THERE IS A LOT OF CRAP BEING SAID ABOUT HIM. I BELIEVE THE COURT SYSTEM USED A PERSON THAT KNEW JW TO GET FALS INFO ABOUT HIM, I EVEN GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE COURT, TRYING TO GET INFO FROM ME, IF YOU ADD EVERY THING HE DID WRONG IN HIS LIFE AND YOU KNEW HIM , YOU TOO WOULD SAY 17 YRS WAS A PERSONAL THING BY THE JUDGE, AT LEAST THAT IS HOW I FEEL.
